Lisa is a gifted writer with a passion for teaching. Her new book, "Complying With CMS Patient Grievance Regulations" is a resource for professionals in healthcare administration.

Currently employed as the Manager of Compliance at a large teaching hospital, Lisa has been an advocate for healthcare consumers and their families for more than fifteen years.

She has served as an expert witness in elder law cases, and has addressed colleges, hospitals and various advocacy groups regarding health care law.

Educated at Case Western Reserve University, Lisa holds a Juris Doctorate of Law and a Masters Degree in Sociology. She is a member of the Ohio Bar, and a Certified Family Mediator.
